Seen & Heard

An introduction to the Seen & Heard platform

I was excited recently to discover Seen & Heard, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting boarding school survivors.

What I have gotten out of it so far is first of all, the free sharing groups which they offer. I signed up to one with some trepidation, but I needn’t have worried – the group was very well facilitated with equal time given to all who wished to participate. I was amazed at how much in common we all had, even though we come from different backgrounds. There are several groups which are held weekly on different days.

I also dug into their learning resources – there are a wide variety of articles and also links to YouTube videos which include interviews with Joy Shaverien and Nick Duffel.
